LSI Corporation commissioned Demartek their WarpDrive acceleration card, a solid-state memory implementation, to assess in the PCI Express ® (PCIe) bus on a server connectors. The purpose of this evaluation was to compare the performance of a web server with WarpDrive for storing web content to HDD. WarpDrive 300GBs is able to provide storage and PCI Express interface, multiple transactions per second and higher throughput will be resumed on the hard disk.
