More importantly is the power up sequence though;
- power up any DAEs and give them 2-3 minutes to spin up the drives
- power up PSU-B and SPS-A
- wait till the storage processors have finished booting (on the rear of the CX300 check the little "heartbeat" LEDs and wait till they're off (no longer blinking)). Another option is to see if you can pull up Navisphere on both storage processors.
- power up your server(s)
If there's one or more switches in the mix, power those down last (assuming it doesn't impact any other equipment) and power them up first (these usually take a few minutes to boot up).
